HOW DO U PUT MUSIC INTO UR FLASHES? MINE WONT WORK, SOUND EFFECTS WONT WORK EITHER, MY FLASHES KEEP GETTING BLAMMED.

A little scratchy but hey, cant be picky. I have a question for you though. how do u make a .fla file turn into a .sml file so that u can submit it to Newgrounds? srry, I'm kinda new at flash. This guy told me to go file then publish but thats it, or is that all u have to do?

Thx for the reveiw man ill be sure to make some more:). The way I am able to submit it is you have to turn it into an .swf file by jsut testing the movie and then pressing save. You submit teh swf. file and it should work.:)

This was a great flash by the way. Could u help me though? my flash I'm trying to submit is an .fla type. It wont be accepted by Newgrounds unless its .swf or compiled. I dont know what this means, I'll check back to see ur response but pls help!

That wuz really enjoyable but I have a question. How do u put music on your flashes? I use Macromedia Flash MX 2004 and need some help. And where do u get music from besides the flash portal?

emmm... to put sound, u hav to go to 'file' import to library' and u select the sound, and after u open ur library, with f11, and in a new layer, u select the sound of ur library click and hold, and put on the screen,.

Ok I will tell you :) First I use Flash MX 2004 the program, if you have another program to make animations, it might not work. Go to File, Import, and Import to Libary. Then go to Properties on the real bottom and click on the frame you want the sound to go into then pick it from the list in the Properties section. And where do I get sound effects? Well from Flashkit.com. Hope that helped. If not then e-mail me, my e-mail should be in my newgrounds profile.

U know what? about two years ago I made a flash called "random stuff" too. It had almost all the stuff u had. Anyway I made it at school and wasnt able to submit it. (catholic school) so anyway nice job on making that, I enjoyed it and am going to watch it again thankyou.

Loved the cat getting fried. But I have a question for you. I'm trying to submit a flash but it says "we are only accepting shockwave .sml or .sfl flashes right now" how come it wont accept my .fla file flash?

Quick note to everyone who fudges up at this point - You need to submit .swf files. You use File > Publish for that.

Narkolepsy

First of all, Vinnie, nice job, very enjoyable and excellently produced. However Narkolepsy, you fukin moron, has called your flash 'mediocre' and that he would give it a 0. Well Narkolepsy u can kiss my fukin ass, first off this flash was excellently drawn, second u have never done a fukin flash on newgrounds so if u cant do a flash like this close ur fuking mouth and keep ur opinions to the ground.

Not very funny, poorly and lazely animated. U need to either give up flash or spend more then ten minutes on a flash. This was extremely bad and I wouldnt of been able to finish it if it were at least a minute long.
My advice? there are alot better flash artists then u and giving this up as a hobbie might be the best way.
